I made a franken-pizza of sorts with this dough. I did yeast sugar and water first since I didn't have instant yeast. Then, I added flour oil and salt and let rise. I also brushed the seasonings on the crust with melted butter and added Italian seasoning as well. The crust turned out delicious! Since I made it thick and double layered it with cheese in the middle, it was a bit cakey, so idk how it will turn out with just one layer. However, I will be making this again and freezing some for an easy dinner!
