It's easy, and somewhat healthy. But the pasta feels a bit too dry. Initially I thought I'd add more passata, but I think then it would be too sweet (because of the peppers). So I'm not sure. Some salt maybe?
4 servings barely fits in my skillet, and after 20 minutes in the oven it was burnt on top. So less cook time, I think
Husband did not seem to like it. Not sure why, maybe just because he's grumpy tonight?
