Very simple and easy to follow recipe. Everything cooks in one pan so clean up is minimal. Very little active effort required, no sophisticated appliances necessary simply dice an onion and chicken. We do like a spicy dish and this one was quite tame. I would at least double the cayenne pepper and I will add a diced Serrano pepper or two to the onions when I make this in the future.
