I made this for game night that we hosted and it was a HUGE hit! There was nothing left of my 3.5 lb roast except some burnt bits on the bottom of the crock pot. I followed the recipe exactly but saved about 1/3 of the marinade and added another 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce to it. When the pork was done cooking, I shredded it, dumped the juices from the pot, then poured the remaining marinade over it and mixed it up to make it saucy. For coming out of a crock pot, it was beyond fantastic.
