I don't care if this is "authentic", I only care about taste. I made this with left over shredded chuck roast. I really liked it but my husband said the taste was off. I'm thinking it's because the left over shredded roast was seasoned with chili and cumin. I would definitely make this again but next time no chili or cumin.
