I’ve substituted bell pepper, garlic powder and chilli sauce with Ajika sauce (Armenian variation, which contains red bell pepper, hot pepper, garlic, tomato paste, and spices).
Also, I didn’t add Worcestershire sauce and mustard, because they are a little bit unusual for local cuisine.
I think my version is quite delightful. Certainly will prepare it again.
