Ground Beef and Potatoes

It is very nice but unfortunately I still had to add extra ingredients and flavouring just to spice it up. Was quite bland but easy and quick to make. With a touch of your own flavouring according to your taste it will definitely be quality food. Perfect dish

Possibly use pepper jack instead of cheddar cheese.

Was pretty tasty for a quick"nothing to eat due dinner"kind of night. Next time I might try it in a tortilla.

Had to double the sauces because had no flavor with standard amount but tasted great after adjusting

Definitely add more Seasoning of your choice, I felt it was a bit bland, even after adding my favorite hot sauce to my serving

Switched out the smoked paprika with regular paprika seasoning and the hot sauce with a teaspoon of bbq sauce. The whole family loved it! The kids want to eat it again soon!

increased some of the spices and it came out great.

Use tablespoon of gray poupon & W sauce instead of a teaspoon... Gives it a kick and good flavor. Tip... Saute potatoes until translucent before moving to next step .

It was okay, i added some of my own spices, as it waw very bland with only the spices on the recipe.. not amazing not bad

Couldn't say the instructions because of an advertisement for free recipes being sent to your emale forced to fill this out it still didn't go away and I still couldn't see the instructions so I never cooked it

Really good, like a scrambled moussaka. I blanched the potatoes beforehand, so they cook evenly.

I made the original. My husband loved it. Said he could eat it every night. Lol then made it again with chicken and taco seasoning!! And AGAIN with my husband putting some bomb burger spice in it! Think the last one was the best. This one with bomb burger also was a breakfast style. Put sausage and eggs which my kids had for breakfast with syrup on the next morning!! So versatile. It’s a good base for how where you want to make it!!!!!! Thank you for sharing!! (Also I doubled all times I cooked. Fam of 7!)

Potatoes did not cook as fast as recipe indicated.

So much flavor! I used cholula and loved it!

I’ve substituted bell pepper, garlic powder and chilli sauce with Ajika sauce (Armenian variation, which contains red bell pepper, hot pepper, garlic, tomato paste, and spices). Also, I didn’t add Worcestershire sauce and mustard, because they are a little bit unusual for local cuisine. I think my version is quite delightful. Certainly will prepare it again.

Meh, I ate it. What else can i say it left a horrible taste in my mouth never again

Really easy to put together on a work night especially when you don't want a lot of dishes to do the next day

Doubled the number of spices, Worcestershire sauce and added spinach

Good one but needed enhancement. Here is what I did: 1. added 1 beef stock cube with a little water 2. Soy sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce 3. doubled spices except salt, as soy sauce is quite salty 4. added chopped parsley ans cilantro

Add 2 extra tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 2 teaspoon of beef bouillon to add flavor

Hubby doesn't like onions, bell pepper, mustard or green onions, but loves all the spices.

Making tonight to clear out my fridge, but adding peas and carrots instead of bell pepper. So good....ADD A FRIED EGG OVER MEDIUM!

The seasoning of this dish is really what makes it. I was a bit suspicious it would taste good in the middle of it, but after adding the seasoning the combination of all the flavors was delicious!

It was an easy quick meal but there wasn’t a lot of flavor. Kinda bland. Probably wouldn’t make it again. Unless I do my own thing with it.

Really enjoyed this dish, will definitely make again.

We added complete seasoning and that was delicious I think I'll try adding fresh garlic next time

The only change I made was to add spinach. I served it by itself with cheese on top. The instructions recommended serving it over rice or a few other things. I don't think it needed that. It was enough as is! It was really good, and will go on the "make again" list!

A bit bland for how many herbs and spices are in it, still nice and easy to make and a one pan recipe.

I baked the potatoes and bell peppers, added some Cajun seasoning, then added brown spicy mustard and BBQ to the beef. I also only had 83% beef, so I pored some of the grease out. I put them both together, it came out very flavorful.

Not a fan. The potatoes did not cook properly with this method so they were still hard. We had to cook the beef for longer to accommodate the potatoes and the meat over cooked. Plus I found it a bit bland.

I decided to go with the frozen o brien potatoes to make it easier and I should of cooked the beef first then added the potatoes cuz the potatoes ended up a little too mushy other then that it was tasty!

A good, simple food. I added some water in the middle of cooking as the potatoes weren't soft enough to my liking and waited till it all evaporated. I also did 1 tbsp smoked paprika and 1 tbsp sweet paprika as I didn't want to make it too spicy for my tastes. Next time I'd add a couple cloves of garlic as I just prefer mine w more.

It was ok, definitely edible, but not make again

So we don’t do onions, bell peppers or hot sauce. It was a little dry but it had good flavor. It needed another wet ingredient to help keep it moist. May try again but super quick and easy with decent flavors. I probably should of cooked it less since I had less ingredients and moisture.

We added a splash of water to the potatoes and covered with a lid to let them steam for a bit. We also doubled the mustard, Worcester sauce and all of the spices.

Add water and cover to make potato tender. and more seasoning.

Put the onions in with the potatoes to get them cooked more. Good with ketchup

We really liked it but used extra virgin olive oil (never canola oil). Also not as impressed with Sriracha sauce so tried half Cholula and half Sriracha. We will make with 100% Cholula next time.

Remove the Worcestershire sauce and add tomato sauce. You'll have a Mexican version of this dish called picadillo

Yum! I would recommend cooking the potatoes by themselves for a bit longer before adding anything else.

Yummmmm! I didn't have Worcheshire so I used a ketchup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard mix and dumped that in after everything was cooked. I put it over rice as well as put an egg on top. This is an absolute week night go to meal.

Absolutely delicious. Added scrambled eggs with velveeta cheese then put that over a bed of rice.

Definitely needed some more hot sauce. But was great when added.

Forgot to take a picture but it came out really well, I put an extra 1lb of potatoes because I really love them. Still came out awesome

Simple and quick recipe. I substituted some of the sauces based on what I had on hand, but it still worked well.
