This was so fresh and delicious. I added a few other veggies since we didn't have green beans. So onions, tomatoes as the recipe called for. Then leek, small sweet peppers, and yellow squash. It not only looked very healthy but had a great taste. I am the only one in the family that cares for Salmon, really, so I have been trying to find different fish dishes as they do love fish in general and this was one that we will def make again.
