I don't usually grill fish, but the crispy and tender fish with the sweet sauce made for a lovely pairing. I added fresh pineapple chucks and baby sweetcorn on the side.
🙈Unfortunately, because I don't use the grill very often, I managed to smoke up the kitchen and had to open the window so I didn't suffocate myself. I think I put too much oil in the pan greasing it. 🙈
