Reading the notes, I noticed a lot of people said it was too watery. Happy mistake I made was forgetting to add the broth, and it turned out rich and creamy! I also didn't add the juice that was in the pan after roasting the tomatoes! I also added some garlic salt, pepper flakes and did three garlic bulbs instead of one. Hope it helps!
