Instructions
Step 1
In a roasting tray add tomatoes, onion and garlic bulb with the top cut off. Drizzle with olive oil and season well.
Step 2
Roast for 30-35 mins at 200C
Step 3
Once tomatoes are done transfer them to a pot, squeeze garlic out of the skin and add hot stock.
Step 4
Add cream & basil & blend with a hand blender or use nutribullet.
Step 5
Serve with fresh basil and a drizzle of cream.
