Definitely gonna make it again. I skipped the oven step and I think it would have been tastier that way but it was still great! I also will definitely marinate the pork next time, and add some extra lime juice.
It was really good over rice and we added salt and extra garlic...it smelled so good! 10/10 loved how easy and tasty this was!
