Hi Jewel, I'd be interested to know what went wrong with you for this recipe? I tested this cake numerous times. I tested it with beetroot powder, pure strawberries and a strawberry puree, each time making adjustments for the best flavor and texture. I see that you downvoted this recipe, and any feedback you can give me would be most appreciated, so that I can (if necessary) refine the recipe.
