I've made this 3 times and love it more each time. I haven't needed to add much pasta water, maybe 1/2 cup (add pasta water slowly, a little at a time to you liking). I've increased the spices to our liking (it's very adaptable) and I have added more vegan butter because I don't use double cream. I use basic soymilk. Perfection. Have never added fenugreek leaves, and this is really tasty.
