I tried it - so you don't have to. Something about this recipe is just off. Like the idea, the result not so much. It is WAY too thick, though I added some almond milk before putting it in the fridge. Moreover, it should taste of pineapple and coconut but somehow doesn't. It doesn't taste much at all. I suspect it's the tofu. As it is I would try another type of chia pudding as this one has a lot more carbs and cals but is not worth it in terms of flavor.
