Used mixer to knead dough for me, was still a little sticky but didn't want to over-knead it, turned out just fine at the end. Was kinda bland though, needs spices added for sure. Not a super chewy crust so maybe sub half of flour for bread flour next time. Full batch made one large (14 in maybe?) pizza.
