Delicious! Used chicken thighs instead of shrimp. Followed recipe otherwise. Added red pepper flakes and served with cucumber, tomato slices, and olives.

It would work with chicken, sure, especially flavorful thighs, but what I really loved was your side dish suggestion. Throw in some finely slivered red onion and a dinner invitation, and I'll bring the wine.
