Great texture - cooked all the way through but the edges didn’t dry out like some breads.
Used a little less than 1tsp cinnamon and would use even less, more like 1/2 tsp next time. Would omit the sugar from the top so it doesn’t crisp, and would also cover with tinfoil ~halfway through baking (personal preference, I prefer banana bread soft). Used 5 pretty good sized bananas but didn’t measure, wouldn’t use less than 5 unless they were enormous.
Added chopped nuts and would again. Could also add mini chocolate chips.
Cooked for at least 65, maybe 70 minutes.
