Probably not a problem for more experienced cooks, but I ruined mine after walking away from the chicken-and-corn-starch skillet to peel the garlic. When I came back I had a wettish tortilla with chicken inclusions.
I do look forward to trying this again, though. I'm only commenting here so I (and any others) can learn from my culinary failure: next time, prep all ingredients properly (including measurements as applicable), and whatever you do, DO NOT LEAVE CORNSTARCH MIXES ALONE ON HEAT!
