Really easy! Turned out good. Did 200 g whole wheat flour, 250 g bread/all purpose flour. Used a tad more water, 10 g? Since recipe blog said 1/4 c more water for whole wheat. Did nearly 2 hrs rise than put in frig. Blog said best to bake w/I 24 hrs of starting so I did. 30 min in combo pot w lid then 10 w/o lid but a tiny bit moist still? Maybe 35 than 12-15? Good color.
