A quick, easy recipe for french toast that can be personalised based on whatever you have in the cupboard. I found the ratio of eggs to milk worked pretty well. Using 2 eggs and 125ml milk gave the perfect amount of custard for 9 slices of baguette, which served 2 people (not huge eaters).
