Yum! I love how the creamy tahini plays off the tangy chimichurri. I made the cabbage in the oven. It’s a showstopper. I also made a recipe for cilantro chimichurri because I made this on the fly when I had bought the world’s largest cabbage for a soup that used the cilantro aforementioned.
