Used solely pork mince. Using 3 portion's worth of ingredients made 20 good sized meatballs. Rested them in the fridge for about 30 mins so were nice & easy to form into balls. The meatballs were nice & moist once cooked, with great Greek flavour. Thought the tzatziki would miss lemon juice flavour but it was great and paired well with the meatballs. Served with a toasted pita. Fresh and delicious!!
