This recipe seemed like it would be easy for a none baker but the step which says ‘cut in butter’ had me confused had to look around for another recipe. Eventually found out this should be
‘work the butter in with your fingers until it resembles bread crumbs’
This recipe also made over 30 scones! My scones turned out very crumbly but think that was down to me over working the dough. More precise instructions would have helped.
