This was really easy for such a tasty and polished dessert. I only did the recipe for the chocolate filling, I used a tart crust from another recipe. I forgot to add the sea salt flakes for the photo. The crust I made: For the crust I threw 300 grams of bourbon chocolate biscuits in a food processor with 50g of dark chocolate and mixed it with 80g of melted butter. I then compressed it in the tin. It held together lovely.
