← Replies in Vegan Mushroom Pasta with Spinach Recipe

Really easy and tasty - added extra spinach, and next time want to add more mushrooms. Made it with chicken broth I had on hand, and also added pan cooked chicken. Didn't add the pine nuts, though seems like those would be a good addition as well.
