I adjusted the servings down to 4, which the recipe allows you to do. However, the instructions show the cooking time as 2 hours and 30 minutes no matter if you’re making 4 servings or 8. There was absolutely no liquid left after 2 1/2 hrs in the oven and the edges were super burned. I probably should have known to reduce the cook time. Anyhow, the meat was super tender and veggies were really good. In a pinch I ended up making some beef gravy and using that with the meat and veggies. Still tasty but make sure you adjust the oven time if you’re making less than the full servings 😊
