I'm the only one in my family that likes rice but I have been eating it nonstop! It's so good. Based on the reviews saying it lacked flavor, I opted for rehydrated shiitaki mushrooms and fresh brown mushrooms in place of the cabbage. I added about a tsp of msg and also added a couple tbsp of dumpling dipping sauce for extra flavor and acidity. So easy!! 100% will make again! Used chicken thighs as well...boneless but skin on. I feel the skin is necessary to add a bit of fat to the dish.
