Instructions

Step 1
Season wings with grated garlic, ginger, light and dark soy sauce, chicken powder, and black pepper.

Step 2
Wash rice and place in a rice cooker with chicken stock.

Add a layer of Chinese cabbage (or your choice of leafy vegetable), followed with the chicken wings. Pour over the excess marinade.

Cook on the normal rice setting which usually takes about 30 minutes. The wings should be tender and fall apart easily.
