the beef turned out so tender and sour with a sweet aftertaste, it was absolutely perfect tastewise. though there is something about the cooking time.. maybe it’s just me or maybe i sliced up my beef in smaller pieces than needed, but i almost burnt it 90 mins in, even tho the recipe says that cooking time is supposed to be 2-3hrs. glad i took it out before my timer went off..
