Highly recommend using 4 eggs instead of 6, unless you want your cheesecake to taste like eggs. Otherwise, a perfect guide for a simple cake.

Oh no- i did the full recipe minus 1 cup sugar- I hate eggy cakes- I’ll see how it goes- thank you for the warning 👍
