I used ranch flavored taco shells and added creamy chipotle sauce to the refried beans for extra flavor. The results were amazing.
This dish is already amazing on its own. I could have made a triple batch and it still would have gone fast.
Add some raw onions, slices of avocado, and a bit of corn salsa as an option and this dish reaches a whole new level. Swerve with Mexican street corn (skillet style). Absolutely amazing!
