Loved the soup and omg the glazing for the tofu was sooo good! It's a bit of a hustle to follow instructions so I did a lot just by assuming how it's done aka not overthinking the exact steps and improvising here and there.
For instance and if I recap correctly I couldn't find the tahini in the instructions anymore so I added it with the miso, also used more peanut butter and miso for the taste. Turned out so good!!!
In addition I stored the fried tofu with the glaze all over it separately. To my surprise it still stayed very crispy. Instead of rice noodles I chose Ramen to put into the soup. So the next day I kind of unwillingly had a pot of creamy noodles soaked up with all that lovely flavor!! Gotta admit I loved that even better!!! ❤️
