I added more veggies (green beans, peas, one can of butterbeans and spinach). Also, I added some spiciness with 1 red pepper and a bit of ground black pepper and I increased the amount of spices, water, oil and salt because of the extra veggies. After serving I topped the bowls of soup off with one or two spoons of greek yoghurt, some chopped cilantro and fresh lemon juice. It was delicious.
