I didn’t take photos because I’m awful at flipping pancakes, but these were the tastiest and fluffiest pancakes ever. I did add a bit more sugar and eggs than the recipe stated, but everything else was textbook. I also had some left over batter in the fridge that I used the next morning and it was still perfect. Loved it and I’ll be making it again, in sha Allah.
