I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was! I didn’t have any peppers but I made it anyway. Didn’t miss the peppers at all. I used lean ground beef and added about 1/2 lb more than recipe called for. (I prefer a more balanced ratio of veggies to meat) and added a little extra seasoning. Turned out perfect. I didn’t add the cheese at the end to the whole pan. Left it for individuals to add as much or as little as they wanted to their own plate. Will definitely be making again!
