Very easy and quick. I feel like I may have overcooked the noodles, as they broke apart when I mixed in the sauce.
For the sauce, I would increase by 50% next time as I found there wasn't enough. I would also make it spicier.
Second time around, I made it with egg noodles instead. To add more protein i roasted chickpeas (garlic, cumin, paprika and salt). Topped it with green onion. It was fantastic!
