This recipe was good! I always add more spices and herbs than a recipe calls for, because I find it bland if I don’t do that. In this case, I added equal parts, smoked paprika for a smoky flavor with the other dry ingredients, like parsley and garlic, I added oregano as well. It makes a huge difference in flavor! I used Rao’s Tomato and garlic sauce, added the Parmesan; then, I added six large slices of really good Boarshead Mozzarella cheese to cover the chicken pieces. Again, I doubled the recipe, so I had two 9” x 13” pans in the oven! I served it with Mostaccioli pasta! This was a fabulous for batch meal leftovers!
