First time making and tasting gnocchi! I paired it with a camembert cream sauce with broccoli, minced beef and, of course onions and lots of garlic! Probably could've paired it with a wine instead of a cider but I have a lot of dough left over so next batch will be with wine and blue cheese sauce. Generous amount of salt is advised. I thought i did but always add a bit more! Great recipe, very tasty!
