These were incredibly easy to make and SO SILKY. Like melt in your mouth delicious. I was so impressed with how smooth and perfect the eggs turned out. I had them with rice and a little bit of kimchi on the side, and it turned out to be a warm, comforting breakfast. Will definitely make again.

looks so silky!! thank you for sharing ♡ i love having it with kimchi as well! try adding a little chili oil (on top) or gochujang (mixed into the eggs before steaming) for some spice- it's really good!
