Making the gnocchi took a long time. This is not a fast dinner recipe. However, I found it very therapeutic. I used a lot more flour than the recipe called for. Kneading the dough is fun. Also, everyone in the family enjoyed it, even my sweet potato hating husband. The gnocchi doesn't taste like sweet potatoes, but it does have a subtle sweetness to it. The sauce is simple and easy to make and has a great flavor. This would be a great base for adding other veggies and/or meats too. And what a great budget meal that's also healthy! Also, to save some research for you, 190c is 375F
