Just made mini Timbit style donuts rolled in cinnamon sugar. They were yeasty but that was not unexpected as I have had donuts before from my former work (vegan gluten free restaurant) and they are usually quite yeasty. They are quite chewy though I found my dough dry and would perhaps add some water next time to help with the rise though as you can see the texture is good.
I used yogurt instead of condensed milk.
