FANTASTIC! I used this recipe as a base and made some variations: 1 32-oz veg broth plus 1 extra cup, a slurry to thicken, orzo instead of couscous (1.5 cups), juice and zest of 2 lemons, baked and diced chicken, lots of red pepper flakes.
