It came out awesome! It took me a long time to make the dough because i made triple the original quantity, but that’s okay. I kept some of it uncooked to boil easily whenever needed. I generally love gnocchi and i’m very excited to have made it myself !! This recipe is easily rookie-cook friendly and i’d recommend it to anyone who has the time and is in the mood for some good food. (I topped it with cheese mix instead of feta for
preference reasons)
