I’m a beginner chef so I’m grateful how easy and cheap of a meal this was while being super delicious! I wasn’t sure if I was doing things correctly but it still came out super amazing. Perfect consistency, just like original gnocchi but I like the flavor and health benefits of this much more than original gnocchi. I did make a bit of mess making this though but that might just be user error 🙈 Feta cheese and lemon was a great add too! I subbed walnuts for cashews.
