I made a bit more dough since my mom insisted so I sill have like 600g of dough in the fridge 😅. Since I made 1.5 kgs of dough it was a bit hard to knead but it was a fun first experience. I did not know that I should wait for the potatoes to rest and be cold before making the dough. Since I did not wait it was quite sticky and I used more flour and they were a bit hard. But still good nonetheless
