This was a very fast meal to make. Fairly straightforward. I did change one item. Instead of olive oil, I diced up bacaon and crisped it up. Removed from pan drain and used about 2 tbsp of bacon fat to cook the mushrooms and wilt the spinach. After I tosted in the pasta, I also added about a tbso of butter to toast it all together. Once plare topped with the dice bacon and cheese.
