My first time trying tikka masala, it tastes as good as it looks. For the marinade I did a heaping tsp ground ginger instead of fresh grated ginger, and I used Fage 5% greek yogurt. I served it with brown rice, next time I'll do 2 cups uncooked because 1 c. was insufficient.
Edit: for some reason it grew less appetizing with time but I think I'll still make it again
