I didn't read the directions and peeled the potato so I just diced and boiled it instead. This may have caused the potato to be too moist because it was very sticky and required much more flour than called for. I used 3 ladle fulls of water and an immersion blender to get a good consistency. The sauce was really good but I think I might have under cooked the gnocchi because it was very chewy. This could also be due to the extra amount of flour required to make the dough not be sticky. My husband and daughter liked it. May try again and add some other ingredients to the finished dish (like sausage or chicken)
