The recipe is great but the ingredients are just waaaaay off. I would recommend to use triple amount of everything thats needed for the marinade to have a decent result. Oh and also, pour in some ginger powder/freshly chopped ginger, becomes x10 better. I also prefer to use chilli flakes instead of fresh chili to have more even distribution of spices. Oh and leave out the sugar, theres really no need for it, instead use coconut aminos for sweetening the taste
